Grass Is Greener Syndrome. I made it up. Well, at least I thought I did until I consulted Google and realised I didn’t make it up at all! Apparently – it’s a ‘thing’.
Grass Is Greener, Shiny Object Syndrome – call it what you like, what we’re really talking about here is a feeling of dissatisfaction with what one currently has, and so looking outside of that to fix it.
Being aware of doing it is one thing, knowing what to do about it is another.
In this week’s video, I talk about the cycle of Grass Is Greener Syndrome and how rather than let it continue, we can begin to interrupt the pattern.
Imagine the energy and headspace you’ll get back, not to mention the money you’ll save by seeing through this one!
I also talk about the 5-minute practice you can bring into your day (that actually feels a pleasure to do), and will quite effortlessly turn things around for you, if you are, like me a recovering Grass Is Greener person (mine’s with Rightmove.co.uk).
