5 Questions To Ask Before Signing Up For A New Course

I don’t know about you, but every year around about now – August/September time, I start to get the feeling I’d like to do some more learning or change things up a bit. Perhaps enroll on a course, take up a new hobby, add some new skills to my hypnotherapy ‘toolkit’.

Do you get that too?

That feeling of being excited, inspired or motivated by the prospect of learning something new, fresh and exciting? The idea of meeting other like-minded people to share the learning experience with – it feels good, doesn’t it? Read more

Don’t Be Afraid To Ask – In Conversation With Matt Long

“Don’t be afraid to ask. If you know someone who’s making a success of it, ask them what’s really worked for them and follow that same plan, and also ask them about any mistakes they’ve made, and then try not to make the same mistakes!” (Matthew Long, Matt Long Massage)

Anxiety and the pointlessness of it was one of them, and I’ve already written about that, which you can read about here. Read more

I call it the ‘new paradigm of business’ where it’s not about competition, it’s about championing each other, and celebrating that. If you’ve been listening to The Happy Healthy Entrepreneur Podcast recently or receiving these newsletters for a while, you’ll often hear me talk about how the entrepreneurial journey is full of ups and downs, and twists and turns.

What you’ll also hear me say is that the rocky ride is all quite normal and expected; and actually, the closer we can sail to the reality of that, the less likely we are to feel frustrated, fed up, or disappointed when things don’t go our way. Read more
